Welcome to Luma Assist! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Luma Assist, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Services Offered
Luma Assist provides a virtual assistant platform where clients can book virtual assistant services for durations of 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours. Virtual assistants ("VAs") can apply to join the platform and offer their services to clients.
3. Fees and Payment
Luma Assist retains 15% of the total session cost as a service fee.
Clients are responsible for paying the total amount due for the booked session, including applicable taxes and fees.
Payment must be made through the platform's designated payment method at the time of booking.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to refrain from sharing sensitive personal or confidential information (such as financial details, passwords, or any other private data) with VAs.
Luma Assist is not responsible for any consequences arising from the sharing of sensitive data between clients and VAs.
5. Virtual Assistant Responsibilities
VAs are expected to provide services professionally and adhere to ethical standards.
VAs must ensure that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform the tasks assigned by clients.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least [insert cancellation policy, e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the platform’s refund policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Luma Assist shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of its platform or the services provided by the VAs. Clients and VAs use the platform at their own risk.
8. Termination
Luma Assist reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
9. Changes to Terms
Luma Assist reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of United States.
